Description

Production Standard

– All national and international standards of IEC, AS / ZNS, BS, ICEA, TCVN or some other standards.
– IEC 62067 (ABOVE 150KV)

Conductor core

The core material is usually Copper or Aluminum braided round compression or compression type Segments in accordance with international standards IEC 60228 or according to customer standards.

Insulation

– Insulation materials made of super-clean cross-linked Polyethylene:
– Core screens, insulation and insulation screens are extruded simultaneously in one process to ensure that gaps from all positions between layers are prevented.
– Extrusion processes are performed under the control of air pressure and X-ray systems.
– In some special cases, Tree-XLPE insulation will be used at the request of the customer.

Metal screen

Copper tape (or copper or lead if specified) shall be applied outside of the insulating screen.

Lining / separator

– Polyethylene (PE) or PVC.
– In the absence of any stipulation on the armor, the outer layer will be applied directly to the outside of the screen.

Armor 

– The cable shield is made of mechanical agents made of armor of steel fibers, or steel tape.
– If the cable is single-core and is designed based on the choice of the line, then the armor will be manufactured with non-magnetic materials (fibers or aluminum tape).

Outer sheath 

– This cover is made of PVC or PE material.
– These cables are manufactured with special characteristics in fire conditions such as flame retardant cables, smoke-less cables or smoke-free cables and cables emitting toxic gases. In other cases, it will be manufactured in such a way as to satisfy the requirements for termite attack.
