Conductor core

The core material is usually Copper or Aluminum braided round compression or compression type Segments in accordance with international standards IEC 60228 or according to customer standards.

Insulation

– Insulation materials made of super-clean cross-linked Polyethylene: Core screens, insulation and insulation screens are extruded simultaneously in a process to ensure that the gaps from all positions between layers are prevent.
– Extrusion processes are performed under the control of air pressure and X-ray systems.

Metal case

The metal shell consists of 1 layer of alloy lead or 1 layer of copper wires tightly bonded with a thin layer of aluminum tape if specified.

Armor

These cables are manufactured with special properties under fire conditions such as flame retardant, smoke-free or low-smoke and low-toxic gases. In other cases, it will be manufactured in such a way as to satisfy the requirements for termite attack.
