LV-ABC aluminum conductor low voltage twisted cable for overhead transmission and distribution system, voltage 0.6 / 1 kV.

Structure

Technical features

– Voltage level U0 / U: 0.6 / 1 kV.
– Permissible long-term working temperature for conductors is 80°C.
– The maximum allowable temperature of the conductor when short-circuiting for no more than 5 seconds is 250°C.
– Type: all cables under tension, phase and neutral are equal in size.
– Insulation: XLPE black (with Masterbatch phase, carbon content ≥ 2%) UV resistant, with maximum tensile stress to be able to pass through the XLPE insulation at the clamp clamp is 40 MPa.
– Conductor type: concentric and tightly twisted aluminum filaments.
– Conductor material: Aluminum with a minimum tensile strength of 140 MPa.
– Maximum working tension is equal to 28% of the minimum breaking force of cable bundle (28% MBL).
