Description
Production Standard
– All national and international standards of IEC, AS / ZNS, BS, ICEA, TCVN or some other standards.
– IEC 62067 (ABOVE 150KV)
Conductor core
– The core material is usually Copper or Aluminum braided round compression or compression type Segments in accordance with international standards IEC 60228 or according to customer standards.
– Conductors with Sector or Braided or Milliken brakes will be made at the request of customers.
Insulation
Insulation materials made of cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE), X-90 or pholyvinyl chloride resin (PVC):
Core transplant
-The insulated cores will be braided and rounded.
-The number of cores will be specified according to customer requirements
Lining / separator
– Polyethylene (PE) or PVC.
– In the absence of any specification for the armor, the outer shell will be applied directly to the outside of the core.
Armor
– The cable shield is made of mechanical agents made of armor of steel fibers, or steel tape.
– If the cable is single-core and is designed based on the choice of the line, then the armor will be manufactured with non-magnetic materials (fibers or aluminum tape).
Outer sheath
– This cover is made of PVC or PE material.
– These cables are manufactured with special characteristics in fire conditions such as flame retardant cables, smoke-less cables or smoke-free cables and cables emitting toxic gases.
